Founded by Barbie Oraha, Boss Beauty brings together 30 hair and makeup professionals who share one signature: glowy, seamless skin, softly sculpted eyes, and polished hair that photographs beautifully from the first look to the last dance.
Your look is planned with you before the wedding. Your bridal party’s schedule is built around your photographer and ceremony time. Contracts, invoices, and every detail live in your own client portal. On the morning itself, the right number of artists arrive ready, so you can simply enjoy it.

Yes. On the wedding day, our team comes to you anywhere in the Phoenix area, whether that is your venue’s bridal suite, a hotel room, or your home. Travel is complimentary within 25 miles when four or more services are booked.
Where does my bridal preview take place?
Bridal previews take place in our Glendale suite at My Suite Spot, 5620 W Thunderbird Rd, Building G2/G3, Suite 10. Your preview is the time to try things out together and identify any final adjustments before the wedding day.
How many artists will we have on the wedding day?
It depends on the number of services and your timeline. With a team of 30 beauty professionals, we schedule enough artists to have everyone ready on time, and we build a service schedule for your bridal party well before the day.
How much do bridal packages cost?
Bridal experiences start at $425, and bridal party services start at $150. Full details are on our bridal services page.
Do you also travel outside Phoenix?
Yes. Boss Beauty serves brides throughout Arizona, including Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, Sedona, Tucson and Southern Arizona, and Flagstaff, Prescott, and the Grand Canyon area.
How do I check my date?
Start with our bridal inquiry. Share your date, location, and the number of people getting ready, and we will reply with availability and next steps. We are now booking 2027 and 2028 weddings.
