Barbie Oraha is the Founder and Lead Artist behind Boss Beauty, and she built it on one non-negotiable: the experience should be as flawless as the final look.
She brings an MBA in IT Management and a degree in Business to a creative industry, and it shows. Clear communication, tight timelines, and zero loose ends mean every bride knows exactly what’s happening, and when.
Since 2017, Barbie has made her name in bridal, soft glam, and editorial-inspired beauty. Her signature is a soft, timeless finish that enhances natural features and holds through every photo, hug, and dance. Brides remember her for something else too: the calm she brings to the getting-ready room, even when the morning gets busy.
What started as a passion is now a team of 30 artists serving brides across Arizona and beyond, all held to her standard for artistry, professionalism, and care.
